Return & Refund Policy:  

Thank you for your purchase at Interactive Education Solution Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please note, not all products purchased are refundable or fully refundable, and with some products, 30% restocking fee may apply. Please read the document carefully.  

Policy on returns will vary subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers. All Goods must be inspected immediately once received and report any concerns within 7 days. You are advised to keep the packaging in case any items need to be returned if they are faulty. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original, undamaged packaging with proof of purchase.

 

(1) Faulty Goods  

If your product is faulty or your order is not complete, please notify the company via email immediately at customerservice@Interactive-education.co.uk and briefly outline the problem you wish to report. Please note the name of your account manager or the consultant who dealt with your purchase with full purchase and delivery date.  

 

(2) Refund  

In the event you do not wish to keep the product that you have purchased, please report within 7 days of receiving the goods and you will be sent an RMA.V002 to complete. This document will be assessed by the Returns Team Department” and you will be advised within 36 business hours whether you are entitled to a refund or not and if any charges apply. Once you are notified of the outcome you will have a further 48 hours to reply with your decision.  

Interactive Education does not cover the cost of returns by post. Clearly mark on the delivery & returns note (which we will provide you by email) the items you are returning; the reason for returning them and photographs of the product as it is upon arrival at your premises. 

Please ensure this form is enclosed inside your returned goods before sending and the photographs are emailed or sent to our team. For your protection we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

 

(3) Returns procedure 

Once the returns have been approved, you will be provided with a Returns Number which will be notified on the RMA.V002 documents. This number must be clearly labelled on the package when you send it back to us.  

If you made your purchase by card, refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances: 
(a) The original account details have expired 
(b) The original account no longer exists 

 

(4) Exclusions 

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy, unless faulty: 
(a) Products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above; 
(b) Unwrapped CDs, DVDs and computer software 

 

(5) Refunds 

We will give you a refund for the full price following an assessment of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will refund within 28 days of receiving the returned goods. 

 

(6) Improper returns 

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product): 
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product 
(b) we will retain the returned product until delivery charges have been paid for re-delivery of the product
